TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction
Welcome to AIS Bootcamp LLC (“AIS Bootcamp,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our online learning platform, courses, membership programs, community features, events, content, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or clicking “I Agree,” you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and AIS Bootcamp LLC.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
“Service” means the AIS Bootcamp website, platform, courses, community features, events, content, and any associated services.
“User” means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
“Account” means a registered user profile created to access the Service.
“Content” means all materials, text, videos, worksheets, assessments, designs, or other information provided by AIS Bootcamp through the Service.
“User Content” means any content a User uploads, posts, shares, or submits through the Service (e.g., profile information, comments, community posts).
“AI-Generated Content” or “Output” means any educational materials, worksheets, assessments, or content created or assisted by AI technology or third-party tools, including TeachShare.
4. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
Be responsible for all activities under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
5. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Payment
5.1 Subscription Term
The Service is offered primarily on annual subscription plans (12-month term).
5.2 Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each 12-month term unless canceled in accordance with Section 5.4.
You authorize AIS Bootcamp (or its payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
5.3 Pricing and Changes
Pricing for subscription plans is listed on our website. We may update pricing at any time, but any changes will apply to the next renewal term and we will provide advance notice where required by law.
5.4 Cancellation by User
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support or through your account settings.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing term; no proration will be given for the remaining term after the refund period.
5.5 Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day unconditional money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.
After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
5.6 Taxes
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to your total where required.
5.7 Failure to Pay
If payment fails or is not received, we may suspend or revoke access to the Service until payment is resolved.
6. Use of AI and Third-Party Tools (Including TeachShare)
AIS Bootcamp may use AI-assisted technologies and third-party platforms, including TeachShare, to create, enhance, or personalize course materials, worksheets, assessments, templates, or feedback (“AI-Generated Content”).
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
Some content may be partially or fully generated or refined using AI.
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
AIS Bootcamp may update or revise AI-generated content to improve accuracy and quality.
You are responsible for reviewing and applying content with your own judgment.
You must not represent AI-Generated Content as entirely human-created.
You may not use any content from the Service to train your own AI or machine learning models.
AIS Bootcamp reserves the right to correct, remove, or replace any AI-Generated Content at its discretion.
7. License to Users (Use of AIS Bootcamp Content)
All Content and AI-Generated Content provided through the Service is owned by AIS Bootcamp LLC or its licensors.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial, internal education and professional development.
You may NOT:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any Content.
Share course materials outside of your personal use.
Republish or post Content publicly online.
Use our Content to create competing products, services, or training.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by AIS Bootcamp.
8. Certificates of Completion
Upon successfully completing certain courses, Users may receive a certificate of completion.
Certificates:
Are for personal or professional development purposes only.
Do not represent formal accreditation or licensure.
Do not guarantee employment, promotion, or specific results.
9. User-Generated Content and Community Participation
The Service may include interactive features such as profiles, forums, groups, or live sessions (e.g., future Q&A meetings).
9.1 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any User Content you submit or share, including text, files, images, or feedback.
You agree that your User Content will not:
Be unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive.
Contain false or misleading statements.
Violate any third-party rights (e.g., copyright, privacy).
Include spam, advertisements, or commercial solicitations.
Contain viruses or harmful code.
9.2 License You Grant to AIS Bootcamp
By posting or submitting User Content, you grant AIS Bootcamp LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, display, modify, adapt, distribute, and publish your User Content solely as necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Service.
We will not sell your User Content.
9.3 Community Moderation
We may, but are not obligated to:
Monitor community spaces.
Remove or edit inappropriate content.
Suspend or terminate users for violations.
We are not responsible for the conduct of other Users.
10. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
Engage in disruptive or disrespectful behavior.
Access or use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
Upload malware or harmful code.
Use any automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission.
Infringe on AIS Bootcamp’s intellectual property.
Redistribute or resell course materials.
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether conduct violates this policy.
11. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Service may include links or integrations with third-party platforms or tools, such as payment processors, learning tools, or AI platforms (e.g., TeachShare).
We do not control and are not responsible for any third-party services, their content, or their practices.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party platforms.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, service marks, course materials, videos, worksheets, assessments, designs, and any other intellectual property appearing on or through the Service are the property of AIS Bootcamp LLC or its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms grants any license or right to use any trademarks or brand elements without our prior written permission.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
13. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all Content is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIS Bootcamp LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy or completeness of content
Availability or uptime
Security or error-free operation
We do not warrant that:
The Service will meet your expectations or requirements
The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Any AI-generated or educational content will be accurate or reliable
Results from the Service will meet your goals
You use the Service at your own risk.
15. No Career, Financial, or Professional Guarantees
AIS Bootcamp provides educational content and training designed to support professional development.
However, we do not guarantee:
Job placement or employment
Promotions or salary increases
Business success
Specific outcomes or results
You are solely responsible for applying the knowledge and skills you gain.
16. No Legal or Professional Advice
Content provided through the Service, including templates, strategies, or discussions, is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on any content.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
AIS Bootcamp LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, business interruption, or other intangible losses, arising from:
Use of or inability to use the Service
Errors or inaccuracies in content, including AI-generated content
Third-party services or user interactions
Unauthorized access or security breaches
Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of:
The amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, OR
One hundred dollars (US $100)
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain disclaimers or limits; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIS Bootcamp LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
Your use of the Service
Your User Content
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any law or third-party rights
19. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if:
You violate these Terms
You engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior
Required by law or court order
Upon termination:
Your access to the Service may be disabled
Certain clauses will survive (see Section 23)
You may cancel your subscription at any time (see Section 5), but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund after the 14-day refund period.
20. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Governing Law
20.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict of law principles.
20.2 Informal Resolution First
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at info@ais-bootcamp.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
20.3 Binding Arbitration
Except as provided below, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court.
You and AIS Bootcamp LLC waive the right to a jury trial.
20.4 Small Claims Court Exception (User-Friendly Option)
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court located in Maine if the claim qualifies.
20.5 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis.
You waive the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action.
21. Modifications to the Service or Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
If changes are material, we will provide notice by email or through the Service.
Updated Terms are effective upon posting.
Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
22. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, internet outages, or governmental restrictions.
23. Survival of Terms
The following sections survive termination of your account or these Terms:
Intellectual Property, Certificate Disclaimer, User Content License, Payment Obligations, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional written agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and AIS Bootcamp LLC.
No verbal or informal promises are binding.
25. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
26. No Waiver
Failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.
